Loaded Chocolate Chip Loaf

A beautiful, sweet sourdough treat! 

This chocolate chip loaf is loaded with premium Belgian Couverture chocolate and a hint of vanilla bean. It's not a super sweet, no other sugar has been added.  

It delicious just sliced and buttered - but it is spectacular toasted and topped with your favourite toppings. Think warm caramelised banana, peanut butter, nutella - or all three! Still not convinced? Try frying it as French toast and topping it with ice-cream and maple syrup! 

Ingredients: Organic flour, organic whole-wheat flour, pure spring water, couverture chocolate chips, olive oil, honey, vanilla bean, organic sea salt
