Six Seeds Sourdough

A hearty, healthy sourdough that has malt, rye, oats and our special mix of seeds including flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower and chia seed.
Spiced Raisin and Orange Loaf
The perfect breakfast loaf. She's not a sweet bread so she will happily welcome a lashing of jam but is equally as delicious with just a smidge of butter. Slightly spiced and dotted with plump, vanilla soaked raisins and freshly grated oange rind from our own backyard orange tree, she's a classic favourite.
Tomato, Parmesan and Chilli Loaf
Best eaten fresh, this one makes a lovely addition to a family dinner table. Filled with sundried tomato, italian herbs and aged parmesan. Chilli is optional - just let us know how spicy (or not) you like it and we can adjust it especially for you!
Maple Glazed Date Espresso Loaf
Our Maple Glazed Date Espresso loaf is one of our more exotic breads. Lightly infused with strong espresso, she is not quite a sweet bread and not quite a savoury bread. She shines when paired with a range of cheeses on a cheeseboard, the sweetness of the maple glazed dates are real delight with a sharp or salty cheese. A really lovely and unique offering for those who love to explore new flavour profiles on the palate.

Our Pain De Mie is a beautiful soft sourdough that is enhanced with milk and butter, which gives it a super soft texture and a flavour richness comparable to a brioche.
Just beautiful toasted with jam and cream - but also a favourite with little ones for it's 'easy to eat' texture and taste.
Loaded Chocolate Chip

A beautiful, sweet sourdough treat!
This chocolate chip loaf is loaded with premium chocolate and a hint of vanilla bean. It's not a super sweet, no other sugar has been added. It is delicious just sliced and buttered - but it is spectacular toasted and topped with your favourite toppings. Think gooey melted chocolate with warm caramelised banana, peanut butter, nutella - or all three! Still not convinced? Try frying it as French toast and topping it with ice-cream and maple syrup!

Our classic OG sourdough with 20% organic rye. It has a little more depth of flavour than an original white loaf, without being heavy and dense like a traditional dark rye.
Decadent Dark Chocolate Cherry Ripe Loaf
A decadent large 1kg solid loaf filled with three types of chocolate (including premium couverture chocolate) and plump juicy cherries.
This one is not only the crème-de-la-crème of delicious, it's also surprisingly versatile. Customers have enjoyed it toasted, spread with salty butter, peanut butter or nutella, devoured with a cheese board - or just sliced right off the loaf for an anytime snack. Sweet, but not too sweet, she's unanimously voted a house favourite!

An always popular large 900g sourdough with three types of locally produced, high quality olives and fresh rosemary, straight from the garden.
Dark European Rye

A traditional, dark, dense rye loaf that pays homage to our roots in Eastern Europe.
This dark rye loaf is traditionally served with quark but is just at home with a slather of unsalted butter or a wedge of your favourite cheese.
She is made with a traditional bread spice mix and is enhanced with caraway, just how they like it 'back home.
Spelt Sourdough

A lovely, simple rustic sourdough made from spelt flour, wholemeal and a little white flour to help her rise.
The flavour of spelt is the superstar in this earthy. grassy loaf. She's a house favourite!
Lemon Blueberry

A fresh, light sourdough loaf that is filled with juicy blueberries and fresh, zingy lemon. It has no added sugar, so it's not sweet - but it is sublime toasted and topped with cream cheese and lemon butter

Not for the faint-hearted, our spicy jalapeno and cheddar loaf includes loads of spicy jalapenos, big large chunks of premium cheddar cheese and slices of fiery fresh chilli.

Our honey oat loaf is a super soft sourdough that is made using an oat 'porridge'. Sweetened with organic, locally harvested Adelaide Hills honey, this loaf is highly versatile and is a great everyday staple. It makes a truly delicious brekky loaf.

Our gutsy Guinness and Rye loaf is just that. A beautiful, hearty loaf steeped in the earthy, malty flavours of Guinness and Rye.
One of our house favourites, she has a nice rustic crust, perfect for mopping up all those plate juices!

A decadent large 1kg solid loaf filled with three types of chocolate (including premium couverture chocolate) and liqueur soaked candied orange with nougat pieces. She's our most premium girl... a showstopper sourdough for a reason!

Roasted Garlic, Three Cheese and Chive Loaf
Loaded with slow roasted garlic (each loaf has a full one and a half heads of garlic), melded with cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella cheese and fresh garden chives. Best served fresh - but leftovers make a beautiful base for all your favourite pizza toppings!
