HOW TO ORDER SOURDOUGH

I am a tiny, home based (council inspection and approval pending!) sourdough micro-bakery, based in
the North Eastern foothills of Adelaide, South Australia.
I bake premium quality breads in small batches in my dedicated dough room, and offer limited numbers of sourdough each week... including boules, batards, sandwich loaves, specialty gourmet sourdough and sweet sourdough loaves. 
I use only the highest quality professional bakers flour, premium chocolate, cheeses and other 'top notch' inclusions.
My taste is discering and the bread I bake reflects the level of quality I enjoy. If you appreciate quality of palate, I am confident you will appreciate the difference between a standard sourdough and a loaf from The Dough Bench.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Each week, I will have a small selection of breads available from my extensive bread menu.

The new weekly menu opens from Sunday to Wednesday each week and orders are placed during that time.

Simply jump online to choose your bread and check out to reserve your loaf.

HOW DO I GET IT?

I offer pick up from my 'Porch Bakery' at Banksia Park on Saturdays between 12 - 6pm.

Each order will be labelled with your name and stored in my collection cabinet for easy pick-up.

Other pick-up times may be possible by pre-arrangement only.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment can be made online or cash upon pick up.
